Day 2: Activity 2: Equal Pay for Equal Work?

I have completed my second activity for day 2 of the Teaser week. This activity was based on the pay that Professional women's rugby team Black ferns get. The Black ferns get less money than Professional men's rugby team All Black. The question was "What do you think about this? Is it Fair? Should female athletes, like the Black Ferns, be paid the same amount as male athletes who play the same sport? Down below will be my opinion on this question and why I think it's fair or unfair to have different payment between the Black ferns and the All blacks.

What do I think about this? - I think this is just straight up unfair because there is no difference between the two rugby teams besides gender. They deserve to be treated equally and fairly.

Is this fair? - Of course not, Black ferns are no different to the All blacks so therefore they should have the same payment, What I am saying is that people don't have the mind to know that what they do is unfair and not equal.
