Reading DLO's

This week for reading we had to complete 3 DLO's that relate to the story that we read. The story that we read was about Sharks. It included information like the parts of their bodies and the types of sharks that are in the whole world. One of the DLO's were where we had to make a DLO about Great White Sharks. The Second DLO was where we had to write the meanings of words that we didn't understand. The third DLO was where we had to copy the questions from the Reading page and answer them with a buddy. I have not quiet completed that activity but I am close.

Te Tiriti O Waitangi | Summary & Vocab

As remembrance of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi, My group has made a D.L.O of the treaty. We had to read a journal about the Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We had to write a summary and Vocab for each part of the story. There were 3 parts in the story. For Vocab we had to find 2 words for which part we read. We had to find the synonym and Antonym of the word.

World war 1 | Peace | Interactive

This week for inquiry we have a new topic. It is peace. We learnt about World war 1. We learnt about the things that were included in the world war 1. We had to find out information about Central powers,Triple entente, Lusitania, Zimmerman Telegram, Treaty of Versailles, 14 points and League of nations. We had to find information about it and find an image of it. On the next slide we had to do a time line. It was where we had to find the year of a colour. In the colour/box/text it has a statement kind of thing. We had to match it with a year and the year that is more older goes further up and the newest year would have to go further down. On the vocabulary slide we had to also find some pronunciations for the Vocab.
