Research on someone who has a positive attitude despite difficulties they have faced | Care Awards

This week I did my first Attitude care award activity. This activity was where I had to choose someone who has a Positive attitude despite any difficulties they have faced. I chose Sophie Pascoe because I know that when she was young her leg got cut off. She is an amazing lady who didn't give up on her dream. I love the fact that she still went after what she wanted after what she went threw as a child. This activity has earned me my first step to getting a Silver Attitude badge.

C.A.R.E Values

Today was the first day back at school. The activities that we completed were based on working as a team. Each team included a school leader. I was the leader for my group. The first thing that we did was to write the meaning of our school values onto a piece of paper and tell them what it looks like. In my group was Avalon, Florence, Te Pounamu, and I. After completing this we were to create poses for each care value. Above shows the creative D.L.O that we created altogether. Each slide contains a photo, tips about how we can show each value, and what it means to us. Our school values are Confidence, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence and Innovation.
