Would I join an underwater Robotics team at school?
No, because my opinion is that it will be frustrating to code it and give it the directions it needs and if something was to go wrong then I would be a little embarrassed.

For this activity please watch this video about the Pasifika Aquabots competition that was held in Nelson. The students had to navigate their Aquabots around a swimming pool, collecting things and visiting different ‘islands.’
On your blog, tell us whether you would like to join an Underwater Robotics team at your school. Why or why not?
Hello Florence! I can understand your opinion, and I agree. I chose to say I wouldn't join a Underwater Robotics team for a few reasons, one of them being because I wouldn't want to fully compete though I would still like to try it out for fun! What did you think of the video we watched? I thought it was pretty interesting to get to take a look at some of the Aqua Bots in the pool. Good job!
ReplyDeleteHi Florence!,
ReplyDeleteIt's great that you have been active and positive with these Summer Learning Journey activities. I like how you have explained why you wouldn't join the underwater robotics team. In my opinion, I would like to join the underwater robotics team, because not only does it look fun, but it will also be a fun experience for me.
Nice Work!
Ahiahi Mārie Florence,
ReplyDeleteThank you for completing today's activity about the Pasifika Aquabots competition. I think that it is so cool that something like this exists, I had no idea about until I did the Summer Learning Journey.
Thank you for sharing about why you wouldn’t want to join an Underwater Robotics team at your school. I really get what you mean, I would get a little bit frustrated too, it seems like a lot of work as well.
What sports do you like to play?
Kueni.
Hi Florence,
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting that you wouldn't want to join a robotics team because you find coding frustrating. I also found it interesting that you wouldn't want to get something wrong and be embarrassed. What would you rather do instead of coding?
