ReplyDeleteHi Florence! These are some great ways to stay healthy and take care of yourself. I like how you give small detail on why those are good for you. Applying natural oils, and creams are definitely a way to be healthy too. Which of these four tips would you recommend most for other people? Good job!

Tino pai on completing Week 3, Day 4, Activity 2. Thank you for sharing some of the things you and your family do to stay healthy and fit. I like that you have also said why you do these things as well.
Some of the things I do to stay healthy are:
Exercise, I like to go for runs every morning
Buy healthy food
Look after myself, so I do things like journal, read books and spend time by myself.
