This week for the summer learning journey we had to make up a beast and describe how it look, smells, feel and sounds like. Down below is my description of my beast.
My beast is a mix of a bird, a tiger, and a lion. This beast is called the Flying cat. It is called that because Lions and Tigers are a breed of cat, and a bird flies. My beast smells like sunflowers, feels like a puffy cloud, sounds like a bird that roars and it looks like a bird that had surgery and became half tiger and lion.
Hi Florence,
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing blog post from you. Niceeee, I love the way that you've mixed your beast with a bird, tiger, and a lion. Hop on my blog and look at it. I love the name of it too - Flying Cat.
Nice One!
Hello Florence,
ReplyDeleteWow is what I can say. I think you are doing so well in the Summer Learning Journey. Your blurb of your beast is very cool to. And the word Flyng cat is just so creative!. Keep it up!
Kia Ora Florence,
ReplyDeleteI’m Dani, a blog commenter for the Summer Learning Journey. I normally spend my time in the Kaikohekohe cluster but I have had the chance to keep out some amazing posts in the Manaiakalani cluster! I look forwarding to reading and commenting on Manaiakalani learner’s blogs!
Wow your beast sounds very interesting! There are quite a few different parts to your beast. What feature of your animal is your favourite? My favourite part of your beast is that it is made up of two different cats. I am definitely more of a cat person than a dog person so the idea of having a beast that is part cat is great! Have you thought about how big your beast is? I’m thinking of it being that size of a lion or tiger so that you could ride it and fly on your beast!
Blog ya later!
Dani
Hello Florence! I love the detail in the description you made about your imaginary beast. Your mix sounds very interesting, combining features of a bird, lion, and tiger. He would look pretty tough and scary. Do you think you could draw it? Keep it up!
