Day 5 | Activity 1 | SLJ | Week 4

This week for the summer learning journey I completed day 5, activity 1. For this activity I had to write down 3 things I could do to save the planet. Down below are my 3 things.
  1. Pick up rubbish when I see it floating around in the public
  2. Use reusebale bags instead of plastic bags to save our oceans.
  3. Walk instead of going in a car because cars use a lot of chemicals and it could start air pollution

  1. Hello Florence! It is good to see that you have used the information you have learnt from a past activity to help you with this one as well as using your prior knowledge about it. The three things were good ideas and I hope you will be able to stick to it, keep it up!

  3. Greetings Florence,

What an amazing blog post from you. The 3 listed things that you listed down are amazing. I liked it how you said walk instead of going in a car, because that's what you do every morning when you go to school. What is the best for you and your family?

  4. Kia Ora Florence,

Wow great work on finishing the journey, most impressive! I'm equally impressed with all the comments you have been putting on the blogs. Great stuff! Walking instead of going in a car is a great idea, where possible! I've picked rubbish up before too, it's amazing how much is out there on the streets. What about when you have to drive somewhere in a car, is there a healthy way to do it?

Very well done and happy new year!
