Life Education

On Monday & Tuesday LS2 went to the Life education van. The teacher (Nicole) went over some stuff about Hauora, and showed us a clip of Cuppy, who had different emotions due to the actions of his "friends". Cuppy was feeling down because his friends were looking at his blog and judging him for what he looked like. We then played a clapping game, where you clap your hands the amount of times someone says a number. After the game we watched another clip on our brain, we learnt that the brain weighs 1.5 kgs and you think 70 thousand thoughts a day. We also met Harold, who came to talk to us saying that we need to control our emotions and stay calm when we are feeling mad.
