Name Exercise

Today I have done a Challenge, which is the Name Exercise. This is where you have your name and there is a sign with all the letters in the alphabet and beside the letters are different kinds of exercises. My exercises were -

F - 10 BURPEES
L - 2 MIN WALL SIT
O - 25 BURPEES
R - 15 PUSH UPS
E - 1 MIN WALL SIT
N - 40 JUMPING JACKS
C - 30 SQUATS
E - 1 MIN WALL SIT

This photo of me was when I was doing a Push up, Although these were harder than it looked, I still tried my hardest.

    Well done for taking part in our fitness challenge. Like you I also had those 15 push ups to do and they were definitely a lot harder than I thought they would be. I managed 6 in a row, how many did you do in a row?

    I have to agree with you with those push ups. Thy are a lot harder than they look!

    1. Hi Mr. Johnston, Yes those push ups were a lot harder than expected, I was able to do 5 push ups in a row, How many were you able to do?
