Today at Kiwi sport we learnt how to do prepare for a long jump. So first we had to try out these Strategies and the first one was try and jump without bending your knees and see how far you went and then we had to try and jump with bending your knees and then andy our instructor would say which strategies is more better to do and it was bending your knees and then we did another strategy and it was to look at you feet the whole time and then the other strategy was to look straight ahead and then Andy said which one was better and we said looking straight ahead and the last one was to jump with you hand behind your back so you can’t swing your arms and not all of us got far but then we had to do one more and it was to jump using your arms and a lot of us got further then last time then we all did the strategy's all together and then we finished and had to say thank you Andy.
