Kiwi Can
This week for Kiwi Can we were learning about Perseverance,Resilience,Team work, Respect, Encouragement ,Participation and more. We did a recap on what we have been talking about for the whole term.
The energizer was called Tangle. It was where there was a tagger who has to tag people, once that person has tagged someone they have to try and tag more people and the people at the end have to try and tag the other people. You cannot tag someone if you are in the middle only if you are on the side. We played it two times, Angelica was the first for the Girls and Lorenzo was the First for the boys. Angelic tagged me first. The girls tagged everyone faster then the boys. The boys took way longer because they went only for the boys and not the girls. If the boys went for the girls then it would of been faster.
The Activity was called Invisible tag. To play you need to get into 2 groups, You do not need a real ball you just have to pretend to have one. So someone will be calling out a number, what ever number that has been called the amount of people need to run around the hoops and run to get the ball to your goal. If you get the ball to your goal you won the match/round.

Kiwi Can
This week for Kiwi can we had a recap on what we did last week. We talked about the games we played (Perseverance challenge and Target Zone) and also we talked about what perseverance meant. Once we did that we went on with the energizer, it was called Add on. How to play: You need to be in a circle with a bunch of people, then you need to have one person challenge someone to the game. So you have to do paper scissors rock. Once you do that you need to add up how many fingers that are showing in front of you. The winner is the person who counts the numbers up the fastest. Once we went around in a circle we used our both of hands. The activity was called No Frustration it was were we had to try and not get frustrated, also we had to make a tower out of cards so it made it harder. It was hard our tower kept on falling down but we just gave up in the end but still made it. The winner was Andrews group.

Kiwi Can
This week at Kiwi Can we have a new topic named Perseverance. We talked about what perseverance might of meant. Once we did that we got straight into our energizer. It was called target zone. To play you need 4 cones, set them close to you and make each cone go further so that it is more challenging. Then make them have a number (10,20,50 and 100) You also need 2 hoops. With the hoops you need to throw them to get over the cones. We were split up into 2 groups the winner is the groups that has the most points. Then we talked about the meaning of Perseverance. Once we did that we got onto our Activity, it was called The Perseverance Challenge. To play you had 4 stations. One was to list words using 2 other words, second was to memorize a catchphrase and then make up actions, third to make a tower out of cards and the last one was to find a partner in your team and pretend that you were sitting on a invisible chair. The winner was the group who completed the tasks more.

This week at Kiwi Can we did a recap on what we talked about last week. Once we finished talking about that we went straight on with our energizer. The name of the Energizer was Hoop de Hoop. To play you need to have a hoops forming a half circle. Then you need to have a line of people and then the people in the front have to run in the hoops and once the two people have met up in the circles then you have to play rock paper scissors shoot. Who ever wins the Rock paper Scissors Shoot can keep running. The Winner is person who gets to the other gets to the other teams starting point. In our game tam 1 won. I was in tam one, I also got us a point for our group. I don't know what happen in the activity because I left to go somewhere. But then I came back to GKQ and the pizza points. We behaved so good that we got 5 points for every subject.

Kiwi Can
This week at kiwi can we have a new topic which is Problem Solving. We talked about how we can solve problems, what might have gone wrong and how the problems were solved. We went straight into our energiser which was called human knots. This is where you have to be in a goup of 6 or more and you have to left up one of your hands and grab someone elses hand. Then do the same with the other hand but you have to grab someone elses hand. Then you should be in a knot with everyone in your group. So you then have to get into a circle without letting go of each others hands. If you let go of each others hand then you have to restart. My group was lucky enough because we won the game, we got into a circle without letting go of each others hands. It took us a very long time but we finished in the end. Our Activity was called Dodge ball. To play you need a ball and a bunch of people forming a circle. Then you will be in 5 groups and what ever number has been called you need to run to the middle and the people that are forming the circle need to try and get all of the people in the middle out. The winner is the last person standing in the middle.

Kiwi Can
L.I To set a goal to sucseed in life.
This week for Kiwi Can we did a recap on what we did last week. We talked about how we might celebrate if we achived our goal. I think that I could have some time alone and sleep/eat. The games we playd were Snatch and Octopus. To Snatch you need some rope and some cones. You need the rope to be formed into a circle and bunch of cons in the middl of the rope. Thn youwant to have some music playing. While the music is playing you need to dance around the rope. When the music stops you have to try and snatch a cone. But you are not allowed to dive to get the cone and you are not allowed to be on your knees while the music is playing. The winner is the last person with th last cone.
To play octopus you need to have a hoop and a person holding 2 pool noodles inside of the hoop. Then you want to seperate the girls from the boys. So boys on one end and the girls on the other. Then you need the girls and boys have to get to the other end without getting hit with the pool noodles. If you get taged thn you need to stay in the spot you were taged in. Th winner is the last person not taged. At the end of the day we did GKQ (General Knowldge Questions.) W got 21.5 points for our pizza point. So next week we will need to work on being respectful.
