Day 4: Activity 3: Mass Migration

Today I have completed my last activity for Day 4. For this activity, I imagine that Donald Trump called me up and asked for my opinion on this controversial issue.

On my blog, I will tell you what I think about his plan to build a wall between the USA and Mexico. Is it a good idea or a bad idea? Why do I think so? Down below will be my opinion on this issue.

The issue is that Donald trump promised America that he would create a wall between America and Mexico. Some people agree with this but some people don't.  In my opinion I think that this idea is good because having a wall between Mexico and America is stopping bad people like Terrorist and Refugees getting into the country.  Building this wall will help with no people trying to cross the Mexican-American Border. I think this issue would be a great idea because it changes peoples thoughts on the world.

Day 4: Activity 2: Fighting for Freedom

Today I am doing activity 2 of day 4. This activity is to think of an issue that is going on and protest about it, meaning I fight against a problem. Down below will be the issue that is important to me and why I chose to protest about it.

The issue I have chosen to protest about is teacher pay. I have chosen to protest on this as I feel teachers are not getting paid enough for working 6 hours a day. People argue about this because of the government, News Hub showcases that NZEI are demanding that the government moves faster to resolve this situation of low pay. I was really interested in this because we learn from teachers but they teach for little pay? that is not fair to them.

Day 3: Activity 3: The Columbian Exchange

Today I have completed my last activity for Day 3. This activity was to write about someone who has impacted my life and who they are. Down below will be the person I chose and why they had a positive impact on me.

The person I have chosen is my Mum, Hemi.

She is a positive impact on my life because she encourages me, gives me strength and she supports me through everything. She has impacted me by helping with my script for Head girl, she gave me advice when i'm down and has helped with the difficulties in school such as hard tasks. She is amazing and Beautiful.

Day 3: Activity 2: When rubber hits the road

Today we have completed our second activity for Day 3. This activity was to interview 3 people and ask them about their biggest accomplishment. I asked Victoria, Fui and Chavda what their biggest achievement was, My biggest accomplishment was to get all 4 of my silver care award badges. I enjoyed this activity because I got to learn about my friends.

Day 3: Activity 1: The Rainman of Rajasthan

Today I have completed my first activity for day 3. The activity was to watch a video explaining the water problems that happen in countries such as Rajasthan, India; sub-saharan Africa, etc. I created a D.L.O with my group Victoria, Fui and Chavda. In the DLO we included What the goal was for the Water Project, What the problems were and what they achieved. I enjoyed this activity because I got to collaborate with my friends to create the DLO.

Day 2: Activity 3: The greatest of all time

Today I have completed my last activity for day 2 of the teaser week. This activity was to imagine that we are Garry Kasparov and how it would feel to be the bestest chess player in the world. I will list 3 pros of being the best chess player in the world and the cons of it. DOwn below will be my pros and Cons.
