Day 2: Activity 3: Hidden Figures
This is my hape, I didn't do really well when I used this app. I don't like it as it was really hard to concentrate, I was getting really frustrated because it wasn't going in the direction I wanted it to go.
For this activity we would like you to give coding a try. Click on the link for the website: code.org. If you try an activity and it is too easy, try a harder level!
On your blog, post a screenshot of your completed shape. Underneath the shape tell us what you thought of the coding app. Is it good? Why/why not?
Hi there Florence! This activity was quiet interesting since we simply just had to play a coding game, and share our thoughts. I agree with some of your points, because I also found myself quiet frustrated in some situations. Although it might've been a bit challenging, I think it's a really creative and helpful game. I think the main reason I felt that way was because I'm not an expert with angels..Would you say the same? Great work Florence, keep it up!
ReplyDeleteGood Afternoon Florence,
ReplyDeleteKa pai on competing today's activity. Thank you for sharing what you think about the website, I had a play around on the website too earlier this week and there was so many times that I got frustrated too.
I really like that despite your frustration you still managed to finish a shape and were able to make something on the website.
What was the hardest part about this coding activity?
Have a great day!
Kueni :)
Hi Florence,
ReplyDeleteI found it interesting that you felt frustrated doing this activity. Something else I found interesting was you saying that the sprite (character) wasn't going in the direction you wanted it to. Do you think you could've gone further in the game?
